This Privacy Policy explains how SpectraGeo, the trade name of Spectra Geofísica Ltda. (CNPJ 37.913.389/0001-76), based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, processes the personal data of visitors to spectrageo.com.br and of people who contact us, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 – LGPD).
1. What data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily send us through the contact form, by email or via WhatsApp:
- name;
- company;
- email;
- phone / WhatsApp;
- project location and the content of your message.
The site also uses technical cookies required for it to work. See our Cookie Policy (in Portuguese). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools.
2. How we use the data
- to answer your enquiry and send the technical and commercial proposals you request;
- to follow up on a business relationship you have started with us, including recording the contact in our CRM;
- to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
The legal bases are your consent, given when you submit the form, and preliminary procedures for a contract requested by you (Art. 7, I and V, LGPD). We do not use your data for other purposes and we do not sell it.
3. Who we share it with
Data is stored on our hosting (HostGator Brazil) and in our corporate mailbox. To organize our sales follow-up, contacts are also recorded in Pipedrive, a customer relationship management (CRM) system. Pipedrive may store data on servers outside Brazil; this international transfer follows the safeguards set out in Art. 33 of the LGPD, such as contractual data protection clauses. If you contact us via WhatsApp, the conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy rules. We only share data with third parties when required by law or by a competent authority.
4. How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then for the period required by law. After that, it is deleted.
5. Your rights
At any time you may request: confirmation of and access to your data; correction; anonymization, blocking or deletion; portability; information about sharing; and withdrawal of consent. Just write to contato@spectrageo.com.br.
6. Security
We apply technical and administrative measures to protect data, such as secure connections (HTTPS), access control to the site dashboard, backups and regular updates.
