Each area brings together tests that answer different questions about the subsurface. On many projects we combine more than one.

Seismic methods
They determine P- and S-wave velocities, stiffness and layer thickness.
VES · Profiling · IP · Earth resistance
Electrical methods
They measure soil resistivity for grounding design and identify faults, cavities and lithological changes.
Bathymetry · Sonar · Shallow seismic
Marine geophysics
Shallow seismic reflection, bathymetry and side-scan sonar for ports, crossings and shallow-water offshore studies.
Integration
SpectraGround 3D
These methods can also be integrated into a three-dimensional ground model, with 2D MASW, HVSR and the project’s geotechnical tests.
